How it works: We start with a complimentary call to understand your travel style, priorities, and budget. From there I build a tailored proposal, refine it with you until it's right, then handle all bookings and logistics through to departure.
A planning fee starting at $350 applies to full service itineraries.

Through my affiliations with Virtuoso and Departure Lounge, I have access to preferred partner benefits at hundreds of properties worldwide that simply aren't available when booking direct or through standard online platforms.
This service includes: Curated hotel and resort recommendations based on your destination, travel style, and budget Preferred partner perks including complimentary room upgrades, daily breakfast, resort credits, and early check-in/late checkout where available Guidance on exactly where to stay and why — not just what looks good online Seamless booking and coordination directly with the property.

Not every trip requires full service planning. If you prefer to handle your own bookings but want expert guidance before you do, a Trip Consultation gives you direct access to my knowledge and connections — without the full planning commitment.
This is ideal for travelers who:
Have a destination in mind but aren't sure where to start
Want honest recommendations on where to stay, what to do, and what to skip
Need help structuring an itinerary before booking independently
How it works: We start with a complimentary 30-minute call to get acquainted and make sure we're a good fit. If you'd like to continue, focused consultation time is available at $150 per hour — time well spent before committing to a significant trip investment.
